Stove-Top Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp in 12-inch skillet.
    Remove bacon from skillet and drain most of the fat.
    Cook onion and green pepper in grease drippings over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add bacon pieces and remaining ingredients.
    Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until flavors are blended and mixture is hot.
