Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flowerets of 2 bunches broccoli
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    8 oz. bacon, crisp fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, onion and cheese.
    Blend mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in small bowl.
    Add to broccoli mixture; mix well. Add bacon just before serving.
