Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium squash, sliced
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can pimentos
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 grated carrots
    2 small onions
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing
Preparation
    Cook squash in salty water until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine squash, sour cream, pimentos, cream of chicken soup, carrots and onions.
    Mix stuffing and butter.
    Line a 9 x 12-inch baking dish with stuffing mixture, reserving a small amount for topping.
    Fill dish with squash mixture and remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
