Poppyseed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 small pkg. slivered almonds
1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 Tbsp. poppyseed
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Spray an 11 x 13 inch casserole dish with Pam.
Place chicken in bottom of dish.
Mix soups, almonds, and sour cream.
Spread over chicken.
Mix crackers, poppyseed, and melted butter.
Spread on top of mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
This recipe can easily be doubled for a large crowd and is great for potlucks!
