Old-Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk or buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
    Add milk, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Batter will be very thin.
    Fry in a skillet or on a griddle until light brown.
    When well done, fill with applesauce, cottage cheese or apple jelly and roll up.
