Mexican Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. salsa
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Transfer yolks to medium bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly, then mound mixture into whites.
Refrigerate.
