Mushroom Aioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of cayenne
    pinch of salt
    1 1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    olive oil
    2 pt. quartered mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except oil).
    Whisk slowly.
    Add oil, at a drizzle until thick.
    Serve chilled on leaf lettuce.
