Hominy Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hominy grits
    4 c. hot water
    1 stick garlic cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Cook grits and water until thick (about 5 minutes).
    Take from fire and add cheese and oleo.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Beat eggs and add enough milk to make 1 cup, then add to grits mixture.
    Put in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can substitute Velveeta and garlic powder for garlic cheese.
