Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillet, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can tomatoes, diced
    2 potatoes, chopped
    1 can corn
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions in oil; stir in tomatoes, seasoning and potatoes. Bring to a boil; simmer 15 minutes.
    Add fish and corn; return to boil.
    Cook until fish flakes.
    Good with cornbread.
