Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 whole egg
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Measure 3 cups of flour in mixing bowl and add salt.
    Measure 1/2 cup water in a 2-cup measuring cup.
    Finish filling with shortening.
    Dip out shortening, leaving in water.
    Mix in shortening and flour, cutting in shortening.
    Add vinegar and egg in water.
    Beat with fork.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Makes 4 or 5 pie crusts.
