Carmen'S Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken in butter and lemon juice.
    Combine spaghetti sauce mix and bread crumbs.
    Dip the chicken in this mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 15 minutes until brown. Do not cover.
