Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 small chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
parsley flakes
Preparation

Place chicken in casserole dish, skin side up.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over chicken.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle parsley flakes and paprika over top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes to brown top. Can be served over rice or noodles with a green vegetable. Makes 3 servings.
