Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork shoulder, cubed
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips diagonally
    1/2 c. carrot, raw, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Make batter with egg, flour, salt and water.
    Salt and pepper the pork and coat with the batter.
    Fry until brown.
    Simmer with little water, covered, about 1 hour while making sauce.
