Egg Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Add sausage.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Bake 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
