Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. onions
2 eggs, beaten
2 whole jalapeno peppers, diced
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in a greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
