Shirley'S Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen spinach, chopped
1/2 lb. margarine
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain well. Melt margarine. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add margarine and lemon juice. Place drained spinach in shallow dish. Pour margarine and cream cheese mixture over spinach and serve. Great for dinner parties. Easy to prepare.
