Hearty Fare Cheese Chilies Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. plain yogurt or milk (low-fat)
    1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
    1 c. cornmeal or cornbread mix
    1/2 tsp. baking soda (omit if you use mix)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder (omit if you use mix)
    1 c. Monterey Jack, Cheddar or other cheese
    1 c. canned cream-style corn
    1/2 c. minced scallions (optional)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Whisk together eggs, yogurt and butter in medium bowl.
    Add dry ingredients and mix until just well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 10-inch heavy skillet and bake 40 minutes or until well done.
