Pumpkin, Raisin-Nut Bread(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour (Gold Medal or Pillsbury)
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1/2 tsp. each nutmeg, allspice, cloves, ginger and 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. lite Crisco oil or substitute 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. applesauce (total 1 c.)
    4 eggs or substitute Egg Beaters
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. (large 20 oz. can) pumpkin (I use a 16 oz. can)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Put all dry ingredients into mixer bowl; mix well.
    Make hole in center and add next 4 ingredients; mix all well, scraping sides of bowl.
    Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 medium loaf pans.
