Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 unbaked (9-inch) deep-dish pie crusts
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, salt, cloves, cinnamon and sugar.
In a small bowl, beat eggs until fluffy; add to pumpkin mixture.
Then add evaporated milk and condensed milk.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 minutes or until pie is \"set\" in center.
