Savory Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. wild rice
1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's quick rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. beef bouillon crystals
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 spring onions
2 stalks celery
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Bring water and bouillon to boil.
Add rice; cover and cook according to package directions.
Dice peppers, celery and onions. Add them to hot, cooked rice and mix together.
In another bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce and parsley with black pepper to taste. Add this to the rice mixture, stirring well.
Place in serving bowl.
Refrigerate several hours and serve cold.
