Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix and simmer 15 minutes.
    Cook chuck roast, rump or etc. until tender.
    Tear meat into bite size pieces, then add to sauce. Simmer a few minutes.
    Serve on buns.
    You can freeze the sauce and add meat when needed.
