Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp (large), shelled and deveined
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    2 oz. sweet dry vermouth
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add garlic, parsley and oregano; saute for 1 minute on medium high heat.
    Add shrimp; lower heat to medium.
    Cook shrimp until they turn pink.
    One minute before serving, add vermouth.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
