Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 qt. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    2 to 3 chopped hard-cooked eggs
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook until tender the potatoes and onion in enough salted water to cover.
    Add milk and pepper; heat thoroughly.
    In the meantime, in small skillet, heat flour until browned.
    Melt in butter.
    Stir browned flour slowly into soup and simmer for a few minutes, adding parsley and chopped eggs.
