Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 pkg. white mushrooms (large)
    1 stick margarine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    grated Romano cheese
    Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove the stems.
    Place mushroom caps on a cookie sheet.
    Chop stems in a food processor until fine.
    Saute margarine, finely chopped garlic and 2 cups bread crumbs.
    Add chopped mushroom stems to sauteed mixture.
    Cool until thickened. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
