Crab Meat Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large baking potatoes
1 lb. crab meat
2 sticks butter, softened
1 can milk
2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. sharp yellow cheese, grated
paprika
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Dry thoroughly.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until tender. Cut baked potatoes lengthwise.
Scoop out potato and place in large bowl.
Add butter, milk, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Whip.
Mix in crab meat.
Re-fill potato shells.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Re-heat in very hot oven for 15 minutes.
