Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
6 to 8 small to medium-small zucchini, cut in slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. (about 3) carrots, grated
1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Boil onion and sliced zucchini together for 5 minutes.
Stir together cream of chicken soup, sour cream and grated carrots. Stir onion and zucchini in with this also (after boiling).
Pour this vegetable mixture in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
