Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat the eggs slightly and combine with sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Slowly add scalded milk; mix well.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes.
