Gingerbread Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. light molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients.
Beat at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick placed in center remains clean.
Serve with whipped cream.
