Liver Arlesienne(A Good Dish For Families Where Not All Members Like Liver.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef liver and milk or veal or lamb liver*
    5 peeled, minced medium onions
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 peeled, minced clove garlic
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    *If using beef liver, place liver in a flat dish and cover with milk.
    Let sit 3 or more hours.
    This softens the flavor of the liver.
