Easy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    1 lb. sausage
    4 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain on paper towels.
    Divide and spread evenly in the bottom of the pie shells.
    Mix eggs, sour cream, mustard, milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Pour mixture over sausage in pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
