Cold Taco Snack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large plus 1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, diced well
1 c. shredded lettuce
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. mild taco sauce
1 c. sour cream
3 medium or 2 large tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. taco chips
Preparation

First mix cream cheese and sour cream together.
On 12-inch plate, spread cream cheese and sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle with onion, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese.
Top with taco sauce.
The taco chips are used to dip into the mixture.
