Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening or oil
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift flour, salt and sugar. Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast water.
    The dough will be rather sticky.
    Use a wooden spoon to mix.
    Keep stirring until the dough is elastic like strands when you pull the dough from the bowl. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate immediately.
    The next day, place the dough on a well floured board.
    Roll out and cut into desired shapes.
    Place them on a greased pan.
    Cover with a cloth and let rise until doubled in size.
    You may brush with margarine before or after baking. Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
