Grandma'S Wilted Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. bacon
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 lb. fresh leaf lettuce, washed, drained and torn into bite-size pieces
Preparation
    Fry the bacon with the pepper and garlic salt until crisp. Remove the bacon and break into small pieces.
    Return to grease. Place lettuce in a large bowl.
    Add warm bacon and grease and onions.
    Toss together and serve immediately.
