Baby Ruth Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped Baby Ruth candy bars
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    Blend margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg and vanilla.
    Stir in chopped candy bars and dry ingredients until well blended.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Drop by 1/2 teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool. Makes 4 to 6 dozen.
