Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (strawberry, raspberry or cherry)
1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation

Cook cranberries and water until berries pop.
Add sugar and Jell-O; stir until dissolved.
When cool and mixture begins to thicken, stir in pineapple, grapes and nuts.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart ring mold and refrigerate.
Garnish with mayonnaise, if desired.
