Breakfast Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns (12 oz.)
    dash of salt and pepper
    6 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    another dash of pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a heavy 10-inch skillet, arrange bacon slices.
    Cook until bacon is crisp.
    Remove skillet from heat.
    Remove and crumble the bacon.
    Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat.
    Add potatoes to skillet.
    Sprinkle with dash of salt and pepper.
    Return to stove and stir-fry until potatoes are light brown.
