Pudding Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large boxes pistachio pudding (instant)
    5 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 pie crusts (regular or graham cracker)
Preparation
    Beat pudding and milk and set aside.
    Beat (room temperature) cream cheese.
    Add Cool Whip and vanilla.
    Beat and pour cream cheese mixture into prepared cooked regular pie shells or graham cracker shells, then add pudding on top.
    Makes 2 large pies or 3 small.
