Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados
    1 fairly large onion
    1 large ripe tomato
    1 shallot top, minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    The avocado is peeled and thoroughly mashed; the tomato is peeled, then mashed. The onion is minced as finely as possible. This is all mixed together thoroughly with lemon juice (better, lime juice), a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and the shallot top minced to the nth degree. Place mixture in a bowl, surrounded by tostados or Fritos and allow your guest to dip and dip again.
