Stupid Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Combine crackers, vanilla, baking powder and pecans. Fold into egg white mixture.
Pour into a greased pie pan.
Bake at 360\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
When done, pie looks very pale in color and toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
Cool completely.
Prior to serving, top with Cool Whip.
