Sigilinda'S Egg Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, hard-boiled
    1 can tuna or salmon
    1 can (6 to 8 fillets) anchovies
    capers (salted and not in vinegar)
    parsley
    garlic
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop the anchovies, capers, garlic and parsley.
    Mix with the tuna or salmon.
    Add mayonnaise.
    If you are making the mayonnaise, use 2 egg yolks.
