Chicken And Shrimp Over Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts
    8 large whole shrimp
    1/4 c. flour
    6 oz. oil
    1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
    6 oz. sherry wine
    3 c. fresh chicken stock or about 3 (13 3/4 oz. size) cans stock
    8 oz. butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. fresh parsley (optional)
    2 c. cooked wild rice (can use box of instant)
Preparation
    In a large saute pan, add oil; heat it.
    Dice (strip into quarters) chicken, and flour pieces.
    Add to oil and brown.
    Remove chicken and place aside.
    Flour shrimp; add to hot oil.
    Brown both sides.
    Remove shrimp and put aside with chicken.
