Beef Steak(Philippine Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef, sliced 1/4-inch thick (use sirloin top or bottom)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sliced onion rings
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper and pour over beef slices; mix well.
    Marinate several hours.
    Saut onion in hot oil until transparent.
    Transfer to platter.
    Pan-fry beef slices a few at a time until brown on both sides.
    Serve hot with sauted onion.
