Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey (turkey is best)
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. dried basil or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Add mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce to soup. In another bowl, mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and 1/4 cup soup mix.
    Make patties and brown.
    Add 1/2 cup water to soup mix.
    Pour over patties and simmer 20 minutes.
