Sock-It-To-Me Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 box yellow butter cake (the kind to which you add the butter)
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat sugar and Wesson oil; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Then add sour cream.
Blend well.
Add yellow cake mix.
Into greased tube pan, pour half the batter.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over top of batter in pan. Then add remaining batter.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Glaze with powdered sugar glaze.
