Artichoke (Or Zucchini) Nibbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts or 2 small-medium zucchini
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/8 tsp. each salt, pepper, oregano and liquid hot pepper
Preparation
    Drain 1 jar artichokes into frypan. Add onion and garlic. Saute lightly. Chop artichokes (or grate zucchini).
    Set aside.
