Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg mixed with 1 Tbsp. water
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Mix water and yeast in a large bowl.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of flour and 1 tablespoon sugar to yeast mixture.
    Knead flour mixture by working in 1/2 cup flour.
    Divide dough and shape pretzels.
    Brush egg on top of pretzels.
    Sprinkle coarse salt on pretzels.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
