Mud Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 yolk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat 1 egg white; add 1
cup\tof
light
brown sugar and 1 cup of chopped nuts. Spread
on top of first mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
