Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 c. cooking sherry (water if preferred)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    3 cans golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut steak in bite size pieces and remove fat.
    Mix all ingredients together and cook, covered, 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
