Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 yellow squash
3 zucchini squash
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Slice squash 1/4-inch thick. Mix soup, cheese, onion, garlic and mayonnaise together and stir squash into it.
Put in a long, flat Pyrex dish.
Crush Ritz crackers and pour the stick of melted oleo over the crackers.
Mix well and cover the squash with it. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
