2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs, one at a time
3 c. plain flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (7 oz.) pkg. fine coconut
Preparation

Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
